These make the portal work; they cannot be switched off while using it.

• Session cookie — keeps you signed in to the client portal. HttpOnly, secure, expires after 8 hours of inactivity.
• CSRF token — protects portal requests against cross-site request forgery.

Analytics

Our website uses Firebase Analytics to understand how the site is used — page views and similar aggregate measurements. This helps us improve the product. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the service.

The chat widget on client sites

The Bua widget runs in an isolated frame on our clients' websites and authenticates with short-lived tokens; it does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on visitors' browsers.

Managing cookies

Browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies in their settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to the portal.
